0We hope everything you ordered from us feels right straight away. But if something feels wrong, you have 14 days to change your mind, counting from the day your order arrived.
Enter your order number and your email address below. Then you pick the products it concerns and tell us briefly why. You'll get a confirmation by email, followed by a return label from us.
The item must be in original, unchanged condition. You are welcome to examine it exactly as you would have in a shop, but not to use it. Clubs built to your choice of shaft, length, loft, lie or grip are made for you and no one else. They are therefore not covered by the right of withdrawal.
You pay the return shipping, which is deducted from the refund on your order. The money is back with you no later than 14 days after we receive the return.
For a complaint about a product, please fill in the contact form in our chat widget with your order number, a short description of the fault and ideally some photos, and we'll take it from there. Full terms are in our terms of purchase and delivery.
