How do I know which specifications I should have on my club?

How long is the delivery time?
Normal delivery time is 2-5 days for stock items. If it´s not a stock item, delivery time is usually 7-14 days.
Specific delivery time for each product is stated on the product.
What is the shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders over 390 €, otherwise 29€.
Will there be any extra charges?
No, all costs are specified at checkout. VAT is included for all shipments within European Union. No Customs fee since the products are shipped within European Union.
To which countries do you deliver?
We deliver within the European Union. At checkout you can choose delivery to your specific country.

From where are the orders shipped?
All orders are shipped from Sweden.
Have you sent my order?
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail message that the goods are on their way. For customized clubs, it may take a few days for you to receive this mail when the item is first shipped to us. The mail also contains a link to track where the shipment is.
Is it possible to track the delivery?
Yes, in the delivery confirmation, which we mail when the item is shipped there is a link to track your delivery.
How do do I know if the delivery is at Service Point?
You will receive a text message to your specified mobile number when the delivery has arrived at the service point.
From where do you ship the products?
The products are shipped from Sweden, within Euopean Union.
Do you deliver everyhting at the same time if multiple items?
Yes, everything will be delivered at the same time.

I have´nt got any order confirmation or delivery confirmation, why?

Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay thru PayPal or Klarna (The most common and trusted payment method in Sweden). You can change payment method at checkout.
When do I get my invoice from Klarna?
Klarna will email you the invoice when the order is shipped from us.
Where can I fill in Discount codes or Gift cards?
You fill in the code at checkout, down to the left.
For how long do I have right to return an item
Returns are valid for 14 days from receipt of the shipment. Note that this is not valid for products that has been tailored/customized for you.
Do I have right to return all type of items?
We reserve ourselves for returns of products that has been tailored/customized for you. On other products, returns are valid for 14 days from receipt of the shipment.
How do I return an item?
Contact us thru our contact sheet on customer service page to get more information about returns. It´s not ok to return a used item and it must be packed in original package. Note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the return.
Is it ok to try the item before i decide to keep it?
An returned item must be unused and packaged in the original package. It's ok to open the package to make sure it's the right product.
How do I get my money back after return of an item?
Refund at Card Purchase: Refund occurs when we receive the returned item. Then the current amount will be added to your bank card used for payment. It may take between two and five banking days before the money appears on the account.
Invoice repayment: In case of invoice payment, you have the responsibility to pay the invoice within the due date, otherwise Klarna will charge a reminder fee. After receiving the goods, the money will be returned to the bank card registered with Klarna. If no bank card is registered, Klarna will contact you to complete the refund. Should this not happen, you can contact them directly or fill in their refund form.
