What is Taper tip?

Tapered shafts have a narrowing tip that matches tapered heads. Each shaft is tailored to each head, so a shaft for a #6 iron - taper fits into a #6 taper head.

All shafts in the Taper series are also different lengths for each club.

What is Parallel tip?

A shaft that is parallel means the tip of the shaft does not taper. It has the same diameter throughout the tip section. These shafts have a 0.370" diameter and fit heads that are parallel. This means all shafts delivered are the same length and fit into all clubs.

However, these tip-trimmed individually for each club based on special trim guides that each manufacturer has.
