Odyssey has made four mallets that became icons: 2-Ball, Rossie, #7 and Jailbird. Now the fifth one is here. TRTL – a compact mallet putter shaped like a turtle shell. TRTL is built to stay still and stable through your putting stroke and at impact. The white contrast against the green shell gives you an alignment aid that makes it easy to aim every putt.
The turtle shape doesn't just look good – it serves several purposes. Every part of the head has a job: keeping the putter stable, aiming straight and letting you fine-tune the feel. All to give you as forgiving a putter as possible.

The head is shaped like a hexagon with four corners that stick out like a turtle's legs. The mass sits far out at the edges, which gives a high MOI and a forgiving putter that twists less when you miss the centre.

Two parallel alignment lines run from the face all the way to the back. They help you square the face to your line at address – before you've even started your stroke.

Odyssey's first sole with four adjustable weights, one in each corner. The weights are interchangeable, so the balance and swing weight can be tailored to your stroke.
The face holds the new Ai-STAR insert: a layer of urethane over an aluminium core. It feels firmer and sounds crisper than earlier inserts, and is designed to give consistent ball speed across the whole face.
TRUST THE TRTL
Slow and steady wins the race. All four share the same head. The difference lies in the hosel, which affects how the putter moves and which golfer it suits.
Face-balanced Double Bend hosel. For you who take the putter straight back and straight through.
Zero torque – the face wants to stay square to the line throughout the stroke. Comes with a reverse taper grip.
Crank hosel with moderate toe hang. For a stroke that opens and closes the face slightly, and for you who often push your putts.
Short Slant hosel with more toe hang. For you with a clear arc in your stroke path.
| Model | Hosel | Toe hang | Stroke type | Loft / lie | Lengths | Shaft | Grip |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TRTL DB | Double Bend | Face-balanced | Straight | 3° / 70° | 33, 34, 35" | Black SL 120 | TRTL Tour Pistol |
| TRTL CH | Crank | Moderate | Slight arc | 3° / 70° | 33, 34, 35" | Black SL 120 | TRTL Tour Pistol |
| TRTL S | Short Slant | More | Strong arc | 3° / 70° | 33, 34, 35" | Black SL 120 | TRTL Tour Pistol |
| TRTL Max S2S | Zero Torque | Zero torque | Straight | 5° / 72° | 33, 34, 35" | Black SL 120 | TRTL Reverse Taper |

Every TRTL comes with its own mallet headcover in dark green, embossed with a hexagon pattern that recalls a turtle shell. The inside is lined with soft teddy fleece.
The name comes from the shape of the head – a hexagonal shell with four corners that look like legs. Just like a turtle.
