BB1 Wide ble designet av RJB med en raffinert profil basert på tilbakemeldinger fra tourspillere som ønsket en mer tilgivende putter med en klassisk hodeform. RJB designet BB1 Wide med et forbedret tyngdepunkt ved å fjerne mer materiale fra hælen og samtidig komprimere lengden fra hæl til tå. Denne forbedringen resulterte også i en mer konsistent hodeform, noe som gjør det enklere å sette opp og justere. BB1 Wide er den første serieproduserte putteren som har en lydsliss gjennom flensen, noe som i kombinasjon med det nye Perpetual Flymill Face gir overlegen hørbar tilbakemelding og mesterlig kontroll på hver putt.
