A set containing 6 clubs (5-PW) The Darkspeed is Cobra's most advanced irons, and it's a club for you who like to take a little extra length with the irons, want a club that's really forgiving and likes a high ball trajectory. Add a wonderfully soft hit and you have the Darkspeed.
With ONE Length, the shafts of all the irons are the same length - the length of a seven iron 37.25". This means that you have the same swing and setup for all your iron shots, which in turn leads to a smoother and better ball hit.
Just like the drivers and fairway woods in the Darkspeed family, the iron clubs also have a construction with PWR-Bridge. On the irons, this weight is anchored in the back of the club so that the face and sole can flex for maximum length and soft feel. The weight is placed low and close to the hitting surface to give a high ball trajectory and a high ball speed. The hitting surface is forged and is called the PWR-Shell. The unique thing about PWR-Shell is that the hitting surface is not completely flat, it is instead L-shaped and goes all the way into the sole, and this means that a larger part of the hitting surface can flex, which gives more even lengths even when you hit a little thin. The back of the face is designed with the help of AI, resulting in it being uneven in an elaborate way so that length and spin are optimized at a full 15 points on the face. Cobra calls this H.O.T Face Technology.
Darkspeed has a dark gray color instead of shiny chrome. The color not only makes the clubs look incredibly stylish but also gives the club a slightly smaller appearance at address.
If you buy these Cobra clubs, you can order free Arccos sensors through a QR code on the clubs. You then get sensors for your entire set so that you can automatically collect data from all your shots on the court via the Arccos Caddie app and get lots of useful statistics about your strengths and weaknesses in the game.

*The standard swingweight of these clubs is D1. Swingweight is based on standard shaft, grip, length and lie. When making other choices of shaft, grip, length & lie, the swing weight may vary.
All manufacturers always try to build all clubs as close to standard swingweight as possible
